Leaked internalcommunications can be strategically valuable assets rather than just risks to manage. By approaching internal comms with a dual-purpose approach, companies shift from mere risk avoidance to leveraging these moments as credible public messages around strategy.
PR is all about communications. We talk a lot about how brands communicate with customers and the world. But that’s external communications. What about internalcommunications? Everything from brand persona to tone of voice and the best channels to use are the bread and butter of PR brands.
