In March, I was selected to participate in this year’s Joint Civilian Orientation Conference (JCOC) , the oldest and most prestigious public-liaison program in the U.S. The program is staffed and supported by a team of top-notch publicaffairs professionals who plan and execute this multi-pronged, multi-day effort.
