Kam’s journey with PRSA began in 1982 as a member, and he later assumed several leadership positions. Perry Public Relations Professional of the Year in 2000 and inducted into the PRSA College of Fellows in 2001. He also served on the Board of Directors in the late 1990s. Later in his career, Kam embarked on a new path.

After teaching in Germany and Kenya, Parke served for 12 years as the adult education manager at Moor Park College in Farnham, a town in Surrey, England.

On one hand, I see a lot of people still working in an environment similar to 2001. And while it might not be a “fact”, here’s one more important point to consider: In the current state, Boomers and Gen Xers serve in leadership positions (for the most part) within large agencies and large companies.
