Wells Fargo not only publishes great content on its Wells Fargo Stories site, but when I toured their offices, I discovered they are doing some really neat things in terms of storytelling, especially with their internal communications. Great listening skills, strong research abilities, and excellent writing skills.
There is no wrong answer here so long as the system captures the information you need to write a complete report.
