Most PR professionals seem to agree that mediarelations just gets harder every year. In 2018, 51% of respondents said mediarelations is getting harder, according to the annual JOTW Communications Survey, that I’ve partnered with Ned Lundquist and Ned’s Job of the Week newsletter to field.
Journalism and PR have changed over the past several years. The old way of pitching journalists via email or even snail mail is slowly being replaced by social media. In fact, most journalists said they feel they are more engaged with their audiences because of social media. Here are 5 tips to help you be that source.
